popcorn is evil

When you eat a whole giant tub. Which is what I can't help doing when I come across Chef Tony's white cheddar popcorn. Don't let the eager salesfolk trick you into getting the parmesan. Medyo bitin siya sa lasa for me.

I've tried two other flavors-- caramel and white chocolate walnut (?). Pero white cheddar fan pa rin ako. Sweet, salty and extremely addictive. It says low fat and low cholesterol on the label. I really hope that's true. Consuelo de bobo y gluttono.

Stole the pic off Chef Tony's website. Hope he doesn't mind. You can look for the nearest Chef Tony's outlet here-- http://cheftonyspopcorn.com/TheBranches.html

Hey, Kara, the parmesan's my favorite flavor! Agree, I wish it were more parmesan-y, but I like it, nonetheless. I also like the pesto. I've tried several other flavors, but considering what a sweet tooth I have, surprisingly I prefer the savory over the sweet ones. I've been wanting to try the white cheddar, but was wary it would be boring. Now that you've written about it, I'll buy it next time I watch a movie in Glorietta, where they have a stall. :-)

Hey Katrina!

I was happy with the parmesan too. Until I tried the white cheddar. It's a more parmesan-y version of the parmesan :-).

I'll try the pesto next time. Salamat sa tip :-)!

I watched a movie ("Darjeeling Limited" -- loved it!) in Glorietta tonight, and made sure I bought some White Cheddar to munch on. You're right, it's addictive! When the tub was all gone, I licked my fingers clean. :-P~

Hi Becky! Yay! Glad you and your friends liked it. O nga, dapat may profit sharing ako. Kahit in kind yung bayad :-).

Hey Katrina! Glad you liked it also. Will try to catch Darjeeling Limited. Just watched The Bucket List. It's the best Hallmark-ish movie I've seen in awhile. Not sure if it's fancy cinema-worthy. But definitely DVD-able :-).

Kara, you might already be too late for "Darjeeling Limited" (though it's worth checking). True to its title, it had a very limited release: only at Glorietta 4 and Greenbelt 3. You could still see it on video, of course, but I think Wes Anderson's films are great on the big screen, since they're so visual.

I guess, he will still be thankful about this. You advertised his product for free, eh. Personally speaking though, I'm not fond of popcorn and sweets, but more on nuts :)
