This is Felipe's new discovery, too! He loves it, and probably things it's "healthier" than regular chicharon. Gotta warn him about that saturated fat content!

Oh, but it also has 8% of your RDA of fiber :-). Try topping it with cottage cheese. Yummm.

Finally got to try this last Friday, over poker. Somebody said it was made from ground green pea. If that's the case, I can eat vegetables now.
